Land Plans (a trading name of Dukescroft Limited, company no. 09473952, registered office 10 Park Plaza, Battlefield, Shrewsbury SY1 3AF) collects the name, email, phone number, and property details you submit through our enquiry form, in order to respond to your enquiry and, where instructed, produce your plan.
Form submissions are processed via Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above and for accounting/legal record-keeping (typically up to 7 years).
Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or complain to the ICO. Contact hello@landplans.co.uk to exercise any of these rights.
